Lewistown- Robert S. “Steve” Clark, 65, of Lewistown, passed away at 12:14 AM Friday march 15, 2019 at Lewistown.

He was born November 1, 1953 at Canton, the son of Russell and Pearl (Woods) Clark. Survivors include one brother, Jack (Peggy) Clark of Lewistown, one sister, Sheila (Marvin) Kimble of Lewistown, four nieces, Julie Hudspath, Tammi Reed, Jeannette Oertle, and Jennifer White, one nephew, Chuck Weaver, thirteen great nieces and nephews, and six great great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Shirley Weaver, and one nephew, Tim Clark.

Steve was a heavy equipment operator and also worked for various hunting clubs. He served in the United States Marine Corps.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday March 23, 2019 at Apple Cemetery at rural Lewistown. Military rites will be accorded by Lewistown VFW Post 5001 and American Legion Bishop Post 1. A celebration of life will follow the graveside service for all family and friends at the Lewistown VFW Post from 12 Noon - ? Memorial contributions may be made to Ducks Unlimited. Steve was a great friend to my brother Bud Dietsch - my husband and I enjoyed several meals at Buds with him..always enjoyed being with him. Prayers to his family,

Steve was a great friend. We had many fun times hunting and I will miss him deeply. Life is short enjoy your family and friends.

We met Steve several years ago through
my cousin Bill Peak.  Bill took us to Steve’s
house to see a new littler of  puppies
Bill and Steve were good buddies
We enjoyed meeting him.  Bill passed away in
2012.   We send our sympathy to Steve’s Family and Friends

I was so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. He was in my graduating clas of
of '71 . I'll always remember him as a very nice guy.

Steve was a true friend who  helped me get settled in Fulton County. Steve would help  anyone needing it without hesitation out of the goodness of his heart. I want to express my deepest condolences to Steve's family--he will be missed by many.
